Usually the Sunday Long run is a solid effort. Yesterday was no different, except that I'm usually...fit, making the pace, duration and hills manageable. The Jesus took me out for a whipping from North Leverett into Wendell and New Salem, on some gorgeous/desolate/snowy dirt roads. A great place to run, but much moreso when the mental and physical gears are clicking over together.
