Very weak numbers thanks to a taper week for Bridge of Flowers and a rest week (28 miles of running) to realign the gears. Resumed some good base and strength running by the end of the month. Hopefully September will be more like 315 miles and 10-12 hrs on the mountain bike. In the fall, there's nothing I'd rather do than spend many many hours in the woods... we'll see what my new work/school schedule allows for.
