Saturday 4/19-- mountain run following the Robert Frost Trail from my house, meeting up with a group of dudes 10 minutes down the road: mountain runner Ross Krause, Ultra stud Brian Ruskiecki, and usual suspects Aaron, Matt, and Ethan. Super tough climbing and descending on technical trail (complete with an ankle sprain at 15 miles); it took us 3 hrs 23 minutes to cover 20-21 miles, with 4200'- 4700' feet of gain. A great Saturday!
